An
atheist between the ages of seven and seventeen, Ken became a Christian
after twice reading the New Testament.
In 1964, Ken married his
Irish wife Eva and was then used to plant churches in Ireland and Peru,
before joining Torchbearers
Fellowship in 1968. Their three children were born in Ireland,
Bolivia and Peru during the middle sixties.
After twenty years with
Torchbearers, as conference director then as international
representative, Ken launched Trans-Mission as a result of growing
convictions gained through wide experience of Christian organizations.
His ministry, which is both popular and fruitful with young and old
alike, has been conducted at churches, camps, conferences, universities
and Bible colleges in more than 70 countries.
