The idea behind the name
Trans-Mission is threefold:
- In radio, transmission
sends a message.
- The transmission takes
power from the engine and puts it where it is needed.
- The word is split -
Trans-Mission - across the missions - to promote better
understanding and co-operation among different missionary bodies.
